We are working   for explaining how a whole marketing plan works and how to use the easiest model to be used in a marketing plan model. Global SOSTAC.

A marketing plan using the SOSTAC model has six phases:

1-Situation analysis
2-Objectives
3-Strategy Strategy
4-Tactics Tactics
5. Implementation actions
6-Control Control

Today we talk about the first step, "Situational analysis or situation analysis"

First, we analyze the position of the company or its position by creating a need for its name SWOT Analysis through which we identify the following:

1-Strengths.

Which are the strengths of the company and to me distinguished by others.

2-Weaknesses.

The company's weaknesses are possible to cause negative results that hurt the company.

3. Opportunities.

These are the opportunities that can be exploited by the business in order to grow up.


4-Threads.

These are the risks to meet your company and need to be solved so that your company is negatively affected.

After SOWT analysis is performed on the second stage, we specify the following:

1- Who are your competitors?
2. Analysis of competitors.
In analyzing competitors, it is very important that you collect information about them, such as the price of the product or service to which they are invited, the quality of the product, the level of customer service, reputation, and begin to identify the main differences between you and them?
3. Identification of the buyer's identity.
