Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp + ½ teaspoon canola oil
  • ½Teaspoon red hot pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 cloves of peeled garlic
  • ½Cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½Cup hot water
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley

Method of preparation

  1. We heat the oven to a temperature of 475 Fahrenheit .
  2. Put the cabbage and carrots in a bowl and then put the above 2 tbsp oil and stir until well mixed, then put them in an oven tray and see above, chili flakes and salt and pepper .
