Ingredients

  • 2 avocado slices diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • ½Cup corn
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper diced
  • 1 red hot pepper chopped
  • ½Cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½Teaspoon black pepper
  • To prepare the marinade:
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp vinegar

Method of preparation

  1. We create marinade in a container any olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper and stir until completely combined .
  2. Peel and chop the avocado, then chop the tomatoes, onion, colored pepper, chop the parsley and garlic .
  3. Put the mentioned vegetables with corn in a bowl, put salt and black pepper and stir the ingredients well .
  4. Add the marinade mixture over the vegetables and avocados and stir until the flavors are completely mixed .
  5. Put the salad in a serving dish and so it is ready .
