How my Egyptian salad works

 Baladi Egyptian salad is a salad prepared mainly by Egyptians as a side dish along with their main dishes, this salad contains various fresh green ingredients such as cucumber, radish, lettuce and others.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 small onion (thinly sliced)
  • 6 radishes
  • 1 cucumber, cut in half, then cut into slices
  • 1 green pepper (small slices)
  • 3 tomatoes (small slices)
  • 1 lettuce (small pieces)
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method of preparation

  1. · In a small bowl, whisk olive oil and lemon juice together. Season well with sea salt and black pepper.
  2. · Put the remaining ingredients in a salad bowl and my heart well.
  3. · Put the sauce over the salad and whisk well. And healthy!
