How the red bean salad works for the diet

Ingredients

  • 3 corn cobs
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½Teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 pack (15 oz) red beans strainer
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 hot peppers, chopped
  • 1 red onion chopped
  • 1 avocado, peeled and chopped
  • ½Cup fresh coriander

Method of preparation

  1. Boil the corn in boiling water in a covered bowl for 5 minutes, halve and let cool, then cut the corn kernels and set aside .
  2. Put in a large bowl both lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, salt and black pepper, stir and then add corn kernels, red beans, chopped tomatoes, hot peppers, chopped onions, coriander and avocado and stir until the ingredients are completely mixed and all flavors are mixed .
  3. We put the salad in a little cooling and then ready to serve .
