Ingredients

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 6 cloves garlic, mashed
  • Lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½Cup diced carrots
  • ½Cup peas
  • ½Cup corn
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method of preparation

  1. We boil the ground spiny and let it cool and then cut it into cubes .
  2. Put the olive oil in a saucepan and add the onion and garlic and stir for minutes until golden brown onions .
