Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of chopped arugula
  • ½Cup pomegranate
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1 side onion
  • 1 clove chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp roasted walnuts

Method of preparation

  1. Wash the vegetables well, then chop the arugula and parsley coarsely, grate the carrot bean, chop the onion and garlic and cut the tomatoes into cubes .
  2. Put in a bowl both arugula, parsley, carrot zest, chopped garlic, onion wings, tomato cubes and roasted walnuts .
  3. Mix in a bowl all of the lemon juice, salt, olive oil, pomegranate molasses and stir well .
  4. Put the sauce on top of the chopped vegetables and stir until completely distributed .
  5. Put the salad in a serving dish and garnish with pomegranate so that the arugula-pomegranate salad is ready to serve .
