 Bulgur salad for men, a vegetarian dish par excellence, nutritious and rich in nutrients is a bulgur salad with juice, lemon peel and a variety of spices such as cumin, cinnamon and allspice formed. Served cold or hot.

Ingredients

  • - 200g bulgur
  • - 250 ml of hot vegetable stock
  • - ½Teaspoon of formed spices
  • - A pinch of cumin
  • - A pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Half a cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped tomatoes
  • Half a cup of boiled chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • - Lemon peel
  • - The juice of half a lemon

Method of preparation

  1. In a large heatproof bowl, immerse the bulgur with vegetable broth. Cover with a bag and place in the microwave on high heat for 4 minutes. Set aside with the lid on top, the broth will absorb for another 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the marinade with the spice mixture, peel, lemon juice, and olive oil. Taste it then add onions, chickpeas, tomatoes, peppers and parsley . Stir them with cooked bulgur and serve cold or hot.
