Ingredients

  • ½Cup mayonnaise
  • ½Cup yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • ½Cup Parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½Teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 clove crushed garlic (or a pinch of garlic powder)
  • Pinch of sugar

To prepare salad:

  • 1 Head of chopped lettuce
  • 2 chicken breast sliced
  • 3 toast bread diced and toasted
  • To marinate chicken:
  • Tablespoons olive oil
  • Tablespoon vinegar
  • Lemon juice
  • ½Teaspoon black pepper
  • ½Teaspoon white pepper
  • Pinch of red hot pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Tablespoon mashed garlic

Method of preparation

  1. Start with seasoned shredded chicken, creating all of the lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, olive oil and spices and stir until well combined together .
