How to make a calamari salad

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2⁄3 cup unsweetened roasted coconut
  • ½Cup chopped coriander
  • Teaspoon green lemon juice

Method of preparation

  1. Mix the calamari with green and red pepper, lemon juice, two tablespoons of green onions, coconut milk, fish sauce, rice vinegar and sugar in a large bowl. Cover with nylon and put in the refrigerator 2-3 hours. Pour the mixture into a strainer until drained about 5 minutes. Get rid of the liquid.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat until smoke oil. Cook the calamari mixture in the hot oil until the calamari is white, about a minute. Pour into a serving dish and refrigerate at room temperature. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
