  • ½Cup fresh and Chopped Cauliflower
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 cucumber peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp roasted sunflower seeds

Method of preparation

  1. Beat the milk in a suitable bowl until it becomes viscous, then add the water until it becomes liquid, then add the mint
  2. Combine the cauliflower, cucumber and lettuce, stir well, put the ingredients in the yogurt, add the onion
  3. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds and sunflower seeds, then transfer it to the refrigerator to take several hours, and divide it by after pouring olive oil and feta on its surface.
