Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped grape leaves
  • 2 cups soaked bulgur
  • 2 finely chopped tomatoes
  • 2 finely chopped onions
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 cup hot chicken broth
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper and spices to taste

Method of preparation

  1. Put oil on the fire and stir the onions until golden brown then add the tomatoes and about 4 minutes .
  2. Then add grape, bulgur and spices and stir for two minutes then add the hot broth and stir until well combined and leave on the fire for 10 minutes .
  3. Turn off the fire and put the salad in a bowl until it cools slightly then add the lemon juice and pomegranate molasses and stir until well mixed with the salad ingredients so that the salad is ready to serve .
