How to make grilled red pepper salad

 Grilled red pepper salad is a change from the salads we are used to, its delicious and simple ingredients are red pepper, parsley, dill, marinade of olive oil and lemon juice stir and serve .

Ingredients

  • 5 red peppers
  • 3 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic mashed
  • For decorating:
  • Chopped walnuts
  • Mint leaves

Method of preparation

  1. Cut the red pepper in half and arrange it on butter paper in the oven tray and then roast it in the oven at 200 degrees for a quarter of an hour .
  2. We take out the pepper, let it cool, then gently remove the peel, chop and put in a bowl .
  3. Add the parsley, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and garlic and stir well .
  4. Put the salad in a serving dish and decorate with chopped walnuts and mint leaves so that the salad is ready to serve .
