How to make a grilled vegetable salad

Grilled vegetable salad is so delicious and can be prepared alongside any dish at lunch either chicken or fish or meat or rice or as a meal nourishing saturated for dinner which is about any vegetable variety available in white placed on the grill and then served with lettuce leaves with the distinctive spicing appetite .

  • Total time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 potato slice
  • 1 piece eggplant
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 carrot slice
  • 1 chopped zucchini
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tsp chopped turkey pepper
  • To marinate vegetables:
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • ½Teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For decorating:

  • 1 Head of lettuce
  • 1 bunch of arugula
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • To prepare the sauce:
  • Squeeze 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • Salt

Method of preparation

  1. Chop the vegetables and put them in a bowl then add the spices and olive oil and stir well then put them on the electric grill and turn them until cooked from both ends .
  2. During that bring sauce creating the yogurt with tahini, salt, lemon juice, olive oil and pomegranate molasses until well combined .
  3. We chop lettuce and arugula coarsely chop and put them in a serving dish and then put on top of grilled vegetables and then sauce and decorate with cherry tomatoes and so the salad is ready to serve .
