 Yogurt salad with mint you need a little garlic and lemon juice with a lot of fresh mint to turn ordinary yogurt into a delicious and healthy salad in just a few minutes and can be eaten as a light dinner if you follow a diet or can be eaten with fish as a cold sauce or as a mixture of chicken salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic mashed
  • ½Cup mint leaves
  • ½Cup chopped cucumber
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method of preparation

  1. Mix in a bowl both yogurt and lemon juice until well combined .
  2. Peel the garlic, mash it, stir with the yogurt and lemon juice mixture and set aside .
  3. Finely chop the mint, add over the yogurt mixture, stir well, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper and stir until all the salad ingredients are perfectly combined .
  4. Put the salad in the fridge for a while to show the flavors, then decorate with olive oil and fresh mint leaves and serve .
