How to make a Moroccan salad

It contains various types of vegetables such as cucumber, pepper, lemon, boiled potatoes, onions and garlic, as well as black and green olives with vinegar and lemon seasoning .

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber slice
  • 2 boiled potatoes, sliced
  • 1 red, yellow and green bell pepper, cut into longitudinal slices
  • ½Cup black and green olives
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 chopped green onions
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Juice ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander

Method of preparation

  1. Arrange cucumber slices, boiled potatoes and colored peppers in a serving dish and put olives in the middle .
  2. Sprinkle salt to taste, taking into account that olive oil contains the salinity also .
  3. Sprinkle garlic, onion, olive oil, vinegar and lemon juice over the salad .
  4. Put the salad bowl in the fridge for at least an hour until the flavors are well combined .
  5. Before serving decorate the salad with mint leaves and chopped cilantro .
