Method of preparation

  1. We cut the Roca, wash it thoroughly several times and then completely halve it .
  2. Start editing sauce creating the vinegar, salt, oil, and get out the ingredients until well combined .
  3. Put the chopped Roca in a serving dish and then put the sliced mushrooms on top and sprinkle with Parmesan .
