How to make Turkish Keyser salad with bulgur

Turkish Keyser salad is an economical and quick-to-prepare salad, the ingredients of which are available in every home, can be served at lunch as an appetizer alongside the main meal, or at dinner as a low-fat and fast-digestible meal .

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fine bulgur
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 cup chopped parsley
  • ½Cup chopped green mint
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic mashed
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½Teaspoon salt
  • ½Teaspoon pepper
  • ½Teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon hot pepper
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
  • 1 tablespoon Lord of tomatoes

Method of preparation

  1. Put the bulgur in a bowl and soak with boiling water for 15 minutes until the barrel of water .
  2. In another deep bowl, mix the tomatoes, parsley, mint, onion and garlic, add the bulgur and stir well .
  3. Pour lemon juice, oil, add salt, pepper, cumin and stir a little .
  4. Add the chili paste, pomegranate molasses and pulp of tomatoes and stir until the ingredients are mixed with each other .
  5. Put the salad in a suitable dish and decorate with tomatoes and parsley ready to serve .
