Colorful pasta salad with vegetables

Colorful pasta salad with vegetables, this pasta salad is rich in vegetables such as cauliflower, broccoli ,ground Choc and others and is nutritious and tastes great especially with special Italian sauce and is ready in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup colored pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli clip
  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 can ground prickly (artichoke )
  • ½Cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup Italian sauce for the
  • ½Cup black olive slices
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped avocado

Method of preparation

  1. Boil the pasta in boiling water, salted as per the instructions on the envelope and then drain and put it under cold water not to pick up, then drain well again
  2. If you prefer vegetables cooked in a salad rather than raw, broccoli and cauliflower can be boiled first .
  3. In a large salad bowl, mix the boiled pasta, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, ground spiny and onions and stir until the ingredients are well combined .
  4. Add the Italian sauce to the salad, stir and place in the fridge after covering and for 4 hours .
  5. Before serving we add olives, tomatoes and avocados .
