Arabic vegetable salad is a simple, rich, healthy dish, Arabic style salad, easy to prepare and nutritious, consisting of cucumber, tomatoes, parsley, onion, lemon juice, and olive oil, an appetizing meal that brings colors to the table, and suits various types of rice.

  • 4 small cucumber beads
  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • Half a cup of parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped, optional
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Juice of 1 medium lemon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, optional

Method of preparation

  1. Cut the cucumbers and tomatoes, put them in a bowl and add the parsley and onions
  2. Just before serving, add salt, lemon juice, olive oil and use ingredients
  3. Serve the salad in small plates as a good accompaniment to various rice dishes.
