Broccoli salad with cheese is a natural recipe cooked in a porcelain dish, consisting of mushrooms, bell peppers, and whole wheat breadcrumbs, and broccoli salad with cheese is one of the well-known broccoli recipes .

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 hot red pepper, sliced
  • 225 g fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • ½Teaspoon salt, divided
  • ½Teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 3 cups of milk, low-fat, heater
  • ½Cup cheddar cheese, chopped
  • ½Cup of Romano cheese, chopped
  • 7 cups broccoli florets, frozen then thawed, dried on paper napkins
  • 1 cup of fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon of butter, divided into pieces

Method of preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C and grease an oven dish with light oil
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium - high heat, onion hummus, capsicum, mushrooms, a quarter of a spoonful of salt, and black pepper, stirring constantly until the mixture begins to redden, for about 12 -15 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle the flour over the baking mixture, cook, stirring for a minute, then add a quarter of the remaining spoonful of salt, milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until the mixture warms up slightly for about 3 minutes. Add cheddar and 2 tbsp Romano.
  4. Stir them with broccoli, pour the mixture into the oven dish, mix the breadcrumbs with 2 tablespoons of Romano and sprinkle them on top, without butter.
  5. Bake the dish with a lid, until the breadcrumbs are browned, and bubbles form for about 40 minutes, refrigerate for 5 minutes before serving.
