Ingredients

  • 2 cups of fresh and raw corn kernels
  • ½Cup red onion, chopped
  • 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • A quarter cup of fresh basil, chopped
  • Ground black pepper, fresh

Method of preparation

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of water in a pan and roast the corn and onions, stirring occasionally until the corn is soft for about 5 minutes
  2. Remove them from the fire, add tomatoes and basil, sprinkle with black pepper and serve the dish with meat.
