Easy way to make a red velvet cake

 Red velvet cake of the most delicious types of cake also called red velvet cake wonderful color and texture crisp and delicious taste irresistible and we offer in this recipe the easiest way to prepare red velvet cake with filling and a delicious creamy layer .

Ingredients

  • To prepare the cake:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 ½ cup white flour
  • ½Cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup liquid milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Peking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Peking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • ½Cup room temperature butter
  • A little tinted red food
  • To prepare the creamy layer:
  • ½Kg cream cheese
  • 1 ½ cup cold liquid cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method of preparation

  1. Sift in a bowl all the dry ingredients i.e. flour, cocoa, Peking powder, vanilla, Peking soda and salt and set aside .
  2. Put the butter in another bowl, add the sugar and beat with an electric whisk until well mixed .
  3. Gradually add the eggs and continue whisking after each egg .
  4. Add oil, whisk, then add vinegar and milk and whisk well .
  5. Add the dry ingredients on top of the butter ingredients and whisk until the cake ingredients are completely mixed, then add the red tinted and whisk well .
  6. Grease the cake mold, sprinkle with flour, pour in the mixture and put in a warm oven for about half an hour until cooked .
  7. During this we prepare the creamy layer and put the cream cheese in a bowl and beat with an electric whisk with vanilla then add the sugar and whisk until the mixture is smooth .
  8. Whisk the cold liquid cream in another bowl until thick, then add it over the cream cheese and gently stir with the spatula until completely mixed .
  9. Get out the cake from the oven and leave to cool completely then cut it in half and put half the amount of cream between the two layers and then cover with the rest of the amount thus have a cake ready for delivery .
