Easy way to make a Turkish salad

Easy Turkish salad with turkey meat or Turkish salad that is prepared with grilled Turkish chicken pieces and served with lettuce, carrots, cabbage, parsley, coriander and pieces of roasted nuts, soy sauce is poured on them, garlic sauce or pomegranate molasses and served as an appetizer .

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 pepper chopped
  • ½Head of chopped lettuce
  • ½Cup chopped cabbage
  • ½Cup chopped parsley
  • ½Cup chopped coriander
  • 2 chopped green onion stalks
  • ½Cup roasted nuts
  • ½Kg grilled chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method of preparation

  1. Season the chicken with lemon, onion, soy sauce and garlic .
  2. Cut the chicken into soft longitudinal slices, transfer it to a serving dish .
  3. Stir the chicken with lettuce, coriander, parsley, cabbage and bell pepper .
  4. Sprinkle with nuts, add lemon juice to the salad if necessary .
