  • Half a glass of finely grated ginger
  • 1 and a half cups of sugar
  • ½Cup lemon juice
  • 6 and a half cups of water

Method of preparation

  1. Boil 3 cups of water from the six cups
  2. Pour boiling water into a heat-preserving jug, mint sugar and ginger, set aside for an hour.
  3. Add the rest of the water to the jug, stir well and set aside for 20 minutes
  4. Put the tea in the refrigerator and use after 2 hours, preferably served in a glass full of ice.
