  • ½Cup flour
  • ½Cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon milk powder
  • ½Teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • ½Cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Qatar
  • Cream Chantilly
  • Cherry jam or to taste
  • Chocolate pieces and sprinkles for decorating

Method of preparation

  1. Sift in a bowl both flour, cocoa, milk powder, baking powder and salt, stir and set aside .
  2. Put in another bowl the whites of 3 eggs and beat until light then gradually add sugar while continuing to whisk .
  3. Add the egg yolks gradually, whisking well after each addition, then add vanilla .
  4. Add the dry ingredients over the mixture, whisk until well combined, then oil and whisk until the cake ingredients are completely mixed .
  5. Grease the cake mold, sprinkle with flour, pour the mixture into it and put in the oven at 170 degrees for about 15-20 minutes .
  6. After the cake has cooled, cut it into two layers .
  7. Water the first layer in diameter, put a quantity of cream, stretch it well, then a little jam and pieces of chocolate .
  8. Put the second cake layer, cover with cream, decorate with chocolate sprinkles to taste and serve .
