How the cake pan works

Cake pan cake fast which can be prepared without an oven can be made of a single layer or multiple layers as in the recipe with layers of cream Shantou and taste .

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ½Cup sugar
  • ½Cup milk
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½Cup oil
  • ½Teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 ½ cup flour
  • For stuffing:
  • Cream Chantilly
  • To water the cake:
  • ½Cup water
  • ½Cup sugar
  • 1 tsp Nescafe

Method of preparation

  1. Sift in a bowl both flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder, stir and set aside .
  2. Put in another bowl both eggs and vinegar and beat with an electric whisk until the mixture is white .
  3. Add sugar, whisk, then add oil, milk and whisk the ingredients well .
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture over the ingredients and stir with the spatula in one direction until the cake ingredients are mixed .
  5. We divide the mix to taste so that the layers are equal .
  6. Grease a non-stick pan with oil, put the first layer mixture, cover the pan and leave the cake on low heat for ten minutes .
  7. Gently remove the cake, let it cool aside and repeat the process with the rest of the mixture .
  8. Boil the water and sugar on the fire for five minutes, then add the Nescafé, stir and let the mixture cool aside .
  9. Put the first layer of cake in the serving dish and water it with the Nescafe mixture and then put the first layer of cream .
  10. We put the rest of the layers in the same way until the quantity ends .
  11. Decorate the cake with pieces, sprinkle with chocolate or to taste, ready to serve .
