It is known that ginger helps in burning belly fat and cinnamon helps in maintaining the sugar level and also help in burning fat.

Action ingredients of ginger and cinnamon:

  • 2 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger or 2 teaspoons and half powdered ginger
  • Lemon cut into quarters
  • Three cinnamon sticks or four teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • Teaspoon cumin
  • Glass of water

* It is preferable to use fresh ginger and use cinnamon sticks instead of using ginger and powdered cinnamon(ground)

Method of preparation

  • Put all the ingredients in a pot over low heat and cover the pot.
  • Let the ingredients boil for a quarter of an hour on low heat.
  • After the ingredients boil well pour them into a glass after filtering well.
  • Put a slice of lemon in the cup.

* It is preferable not to put any kind of sugars and not to sweeten the drink for better results.

*Do not forget to follow all food besides this drink and exercise.
