The well-known Japanese dorayaki recipe comes from Japanese cuisine and is easy and quick to prepare is a cake with a chocolate filling that you will surely love .

Ingredients

1 cup liquid milk
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup flour
2 tbsp sugar
½Teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of Peking soda
Pinch of salt
Nutella or any kind of chocolate

Method of preparation

  1. Put in a bowl both milk, vinegar, vanilla and oil and stir well .
  2. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt over the ingredients and stir until well combined .
  3. Cover the mixture and let it rest for about a quarter of an hour .
  4. We take a quantity of the mixture, pour it into a non-stick pan, leave until bubbles appear and then flip the pancake disc until cooked from the other end .
  5. Set aside the cupcakes until they cool .
  6. We put a quantity of chocolate on a disc, cover it with another disc and squeeze it a little from the ends .
  7. We repeat the process until the quantity is finished and the pancake is ready to serve .
