Mousse cake chocolate cakes everybody's favorite. there are a lot of ways to achieve them in this recipe we just need chocolate and dignified whisking to improve the kindest, sweetest season as fast as the fastest and easiest way .

Ingredients

  • Squishy chocolate cake
  • Cocoa powder for decorating
  • To prepare dark chocolate mousse:
  • 125 g dark chocolate
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • To prepare white chocolate mousse:
  • 125 g white chocolate
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method of preparation

  1. Cut the chocolate and wipe over boiling water steam with half a glass of whipping cream until completely dissolved and mixed together .
  2. Put the rest of the whipping cream in a bowl and continue whisking with the addition of the previous mixture until the mixture is creamy .
  3. Put the cake in the cheesecake mold, distribute the dark chocolate mousse and level the layer well .
  4. Cut the white chocolate and wipe with half a cup of whipped cream over water steam until completely mixed .
  5. Put the rest of the whipping cream in a bowl, add the white chocolate and continue whisking until creamy, then add the vanilla and whisk .
  6. Add the white mousse over the dark and level it well from above .
  7. We put the mold in the refrigerator for the whole night and then pass the knife on the ends and remove the mold .
  8. Decorate with cocoa powder so that the mousse cake is ready to serve
