How the original brulet cream works

The original cream brulet from the French dessert recipes that you must taste because it is very tasty and easy preparation, which is an egg, sugar, vanilla and cream decorated with caramel sugar and so the dessert is ready .

  • 5 egg yolks
  • ½Cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 ½ cup liquid cream
  • Sugar for garnish

Method of preparation

  1. Put in a bowl both eggs, sugar and vanilla and beat with a hand whisk well until the mixture is creamy .
  2. Put the liquid cream on medium to low heat until hot .
  3. After the cream has warmed, gradually add it over the egg mixture and continue whisking until combined .
  4. Put the mixture in a large mold or small molds and then put it in a large oven tray with high edges and pour hot water into it until it reaches the middle of the mold .
  5. Put in the oven at 150 degrees for about half an hour or 40 minutes until firm .
  6. Get out the mold from the oven and leave the cream until completely cooled then put it in the refrigerator for several hours or the whole night .
  7. We take the cream out of the refrigerator and put on it sugar and burn it until caramel and so it is ready to serve.
