  • ½Cup olive oil
  • ½Cup soy sauce
  • ½Cup oyster sauce
  • ½Cup vinegar
  • ½Cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic

Method of preparation

  1. Put a pot of water on high heat and leave to boil . Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the envelope, then drain and leave aside to cool . Mix spaghetti, carrots, bell peppers, bean sprouts, cucumbers, green onions, coriander, cabbage, cabbage, peanuts and stir well .
