How to make banana and cocoa cake

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ½Cup sugar
  • ½Cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½Cup cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon Peking powder
  • ½Teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½Cup small chocolate pieces

Method of preparation

  1. Put the bananas, sugar and oil in a bowl, mash the bananas well with a fork or hand blender and mix with the ingredients .
  2. Add the eggs gradually and hold pumice after each addition until it disappears completely .
  3. Sift over the ingredients both flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda and stir until mixed, then add the vanilla and chocolate pieces and beat well .
  4. Grease the cake mold, sprinkle it with flour, pour the mixture into it, then decorate with chocolate pieces .
  5. Place the mold in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40-45 minutes until cooked .
  6. Take out the cake and let it cool and ready to serve .
