Method of preparation

  5. Caramel method
  6. A glass of sugar with two tablespoons of water and put them in a saucepan over low heat, stirring every while to caramelize the sugar and dissolve completely
  7. Then put a spoonful of butter and stir well to mix the sugar with the butter
  8. And then put the cup cream or cans of cream, and stir well
  9. And if the sugar clumps, continue stirring to dissolve and leave for a minute after boiling and leave to cool completely .
