How to make chard salad with yogurt

Cooking with milk is a quick, easy and fun side dish in the Syrian style and summer cooking dish served with various kinds of foods and especially in the month of Ramadan it is refreshing and rich in garlic flavor .

Ingredients

  • 300 grams of chard leaves
  • Small garlic head
  • 500 grams of yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chopped walnuts and tahini for decoration

Method of preparation

  1. Boil the leaves until they wilt . Then let it cool.
  2. Peel the garlic, mash and mix with the yogurt, ½ teaspoon of salt and a pinch of ground black pepper .
  3. Add the chard leaves after they have cooled.
  4. Add drops of olive oil just before serving.
  5. You can decorate it with sesame and tahini
