  • To prepare the yolk mixture:

  • 2 tbsp milk
  • To prepare the Whiting mixture:
  • 4 egg whites
  • ½Cup sugar
  • For watering cake layers:
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½Teaspoon instant coffee
  • ½Cup water
  • To improve chocolate:
  • 150 g dark chocolate sprinkle
  • ½Cup milk or cream sweets
  • To prepare coffee cream:
  • 1 cup butter
  • ½Cup powdered sugar
  • ½Cup very cold water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 1 teaspoon water

Method of preparation

  1. Put in a bowl both eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt and beat the ingredients until mixed .
  2. Add the almond flour, whisk well, then sift the white flour and baking powder, add the milk, whisk the ingredients and set aside .
  3. Put the egg whites in a bowl and whisk until white and light then gradually add sugar while continuing to whisk .
  4. Add the Whiting mixture over the yolks and stir gently and in one direction until the ingredients are mixed .
  5. Grease the cake mold, sprinkle it, pour the mixture, put it in the oven at 170 for 25-30 minutes and let it cool .
  6. Put in a bowl both sugar, coffee and water and stir until completely dissolved .
  7. Put chocolate and milk sprinkles in a bowl, melt it over Steam and stir .
  8. Put the butter and powdered sugar in a bowl and beat with an electric whisk then gradually add cold water while continuing to whisk then add vanilla and whisk .
  9. Melt the coffee with water, add to the previous mixture and beat well until the cream is ready .
  10. Cut the cake into 3 slices, put the first layer, water it with the coffee mixture and then put a layer of coffee cream .
  11. We put the second layer, water it, then put half the amount of chocolate, then the third layer, the rest of the coffee cream and the rest of the chocolate .
  12. Cut the cake and it is ready to serve .
