 Cocoa biscuit balls are easy and fast desserts that you can prepare for your children and guests at any time and without effort and with ingredients that are plain biscuits, cocoa and cream kneaded together and wrapped in chocolate sauce and served, a dessert that gives a wonderful shape on the table of birthdays and occasions .

  • 2 plain biscuit envelopes (about 400 g)
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened cocoa
  • 2 pack of cream
  • 1 chocolate bar for packaging

Method of preparation

  1. Put the biscuit in the food processor and grind it until completely smooth or put it in a nylon bag and grind with a rolling pin well .
  2. Put the biscuits in a bowl, add cocoa and stir until well mixed .
  3. Add the cream and knead the ingredients with our hand well until we have an easy-to-form dough .
  4. We form balls of dough and arrange them in a dish set aside .
  5. Melt the chocolate bar in the microwave or on water vapor and then immerse the biscuit balls in it .
  6. After we get rid of excess chocolate we put the balls in a serving dish and decorate with coconut sprinkle, chocolate sprinkle or pistachios to taste .
