How to make cold fried okra salad

Okra salad of recipes proud and appetizing and preferred by the small and large, today I wanted to make your table varied and as usual I gave you a salad of delicious and cold water prepared with tomatoes and preferably eaten with bread. Prepare it next to different Ramadan dishes to be your table always tasty and useful.

  • ½Kg of "medium-sized" detergent
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic mashed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh green coriander
  • 3 sliced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Lord of tomatoes
  • ½Cup water
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Method of preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry in it for 5 minutes, then remove from the pan, dry with paper napkins and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a bowl over medium heat, add the onion and garlic and stir for 5 minutes.
  3. Add to the bowl "chopped cilantro, tomatoes and Lord of tomatoes and pour water", bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add the Pamela and season with salt and black pepper.Cover the bowl,leave to simmer.
  5. Turn off the fire, allow the Pamela to cool completely and then serve.
