How to make cream cake caramel

  • To prepare caramel:
  • ½Cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • ½Cup water
  • To make the cake.:
  • 1 ½ cup flour
  • ½Cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Peking powder
  • ½Teaspoon salt
  • ½Cup butter (80 g)
  • ½Cup liquid milk
  • ½Cup caramel
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • To prepare the creamy layer:
  • ½Cup butter
  • 2 tbsp caramel
  • ½Teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½Cup liquid whipping cream

Method of preparation

  1. Put the sugar and two tablespoons of water in a pan over low heat until the sugar dissolves and becomes brown .
  2. Add a third of a glass of water and continue stirring over low heat until the mixture boils and becomes caramel and let cool aside .
  3. Put in a bowl both flour, sugar, baking powder and salt and stir until mixed .
  4. Add the butter and stir the ingredients with our hands until the mixture becomes like grains of sand .
  5. Add milk, caramel and vanilla and gently stir the ingredients until well mixed .
  6. Gradually add the eggs, stirring after each egg is added until they completely disappear into the mix .
  7. Put butter paper on the cake tray, pour the mixture into it, distribute well and then put in the oven at 170 for about 20-25 minutes until cooked .
  8. Melt the butter over low heat, let it take color and then let it cool aside .
  9. After it has completely cooled we put it in a bowl, add on top of it Caramel, salt and vanilla and stir until well mixed .
  10. Add the powdered sugar and stir until the ingredients are completely mixed and the sugar absorbs the liquids, then gradually add the cream while continuing to whisk with electric whisk until the mixture becomes white and creamy texture heavy .
  11. After the cake has completely cooled, put the cream layer and decorate the cake to taste and then pour the rest of the caramel sauce so that the cake is ready to serve .
