How to make a cupcake with dried fruits

Dried fruit cupcakes are quick, tasty and wonderful cakes for occasions and birthdays and dried fruits give it a special taste and shape that is loved by children .

  • 1 egg
  • ½Cup sugar
  • ½Cup vegetable oil
  • ½Cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon Peking powder
  • ½Cup warm milk
  • Dried fruits

Method of preparation

  1. Put in an electric blender both egg, sugar, oil and butter and turn on for seconds until the ingredients are mixed .
  2. Put the mixture in a bowl, add vanilla and salt, sift over flour and baking powder and stir well .
  3. Add warm milk and stir gently until it is completely mixed with the rest of the ingredients .
  4. Spread the mixture on cupcake molds, sprinkle with dried fruits and put in the oven at 170 degrees for about 15-20 minutes .
  5. We take out the cupcake pieces from the oven, let them cool and then serve .
