Method of preparation

  1. - Put the sliced bread in a bowl and add olive oil and stir and put in the microwave until browned with stirring from time to time to ensure that all pieces of bread get the same degree of browning( the Lady of the house can make up for that step by frying the bread ).
  2. We prepare lettuce and chop medium chop, wash and then strain.
  3. Peel the radish and finely chop.

  11. Add the sauce after marinating with salt to the bowl of the fattoush and stir well.
  12. Add the crispy bread to the Fattoush immediately before serving, because it has been pre-mixed and the bread will become soft and that is not desirable.
