How to make a fragile Nescafe cake

Fragile Nescafe cake is one of the cakes that you will always bring especially in winter with the warm Nescafe Cup early in the morning or coffee cup the recipe is characterized by its simple ingredients available and easy and quick preparation method .

  • Total time: 35 minutes 


  • To prepare the cake:
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½Cup vegetable oil
  • ½Cup liquid milk
  • 2 tablespoons Nescafe
  • 2 cups white flour
  • 2 tsp Peking powder
  • To water the cake:
  • 1 cup hot milk
  • 1 tablespoon Nescafe
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • To prepare Nescafe cream:
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 2 Chantilly cream envelopes
  • 1 tablespoon Nescafe
  • 2 tablespoons fine sugar

Method of preparation

  1. Put in an electric blender both eggs, sugar, vanilla, milk, oil and Nescafe and turn on until well mixed .
  2. Put the mixture in a bowl, sift over the flour and baking powder and whisk until the ingredients are completely mixed .
  3. Paint tray cake or a dish pairs with oil and more and then put the dish in the oven at 180 for about 25-30 minutes depending on oven type .
  4. We prepare the cake watering mixture and mix the hot milk, sugar and Nescafe .
  5. We take out the cake, let it cool well, then pierce it with a fork and water it with the lukewarm Nescafe mixture .
  6. Put the cold milk in a bowl with the cream powder Chantilly and whisk until mixed then add the Nescafe and sugar and whisk until reaching the creamy texture .
  7. Put the cream on top of the cake, level its surface and sprinkle with Nescafe or cocoa .
  8. Put the cake in the fridge until it solidifies and then remove and cut it so that it is ready to serve .
