Ingredients

  • 1 cup liquid milk
  • 2 ½ cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • ½Cup vegetable oil
  • 4 Hill beads
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1⁄2 Love nutmeg grated
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 Peking powder envelope
  • 1 teaspoon Peking soda
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • For decorating:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method of preparation

  1. Put the milk in a saucepan over high heat and leave to boil .
  2. Put in a bowl both sugar and three-quarters of a cup flour, add the hot milk and stir until the mixture is thick .
  3. In a bowl, put the cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg sprinkle together, stir and sift over the milk .
  4. Add cocoa, stir well, then add oil, stir, then egg yolks and stir well .
  5. Add two cups of flour, baking powder, baking soda and lemon juice and knead the ingredients well .
  6. Sprinkle a flat surface with flour, stretch the dough, cut it with a cookie cutter and put it in the oven tray on butter paper .
  7. We put the Chinese in the oven at 200 for 10 minutes and then let it cool aside .
  8. Beat both egg whites, sugar and lemon juice until well combined .
  9. Immerse the Cookies in the mixture until well covered, then return to the tray and put the tray in the warm oven for an hour .
  10. We remove the cookies from the oven and then they are ready to serve .
