Palestinian bracelets cakes is like maamoul Al-Ajwa known for all but it is characterized by its circular shape and dough consisting of distinctive flavors of Sesame, fennel and anise, which is kneaded with flour, fat, oil and yeast and put the date paste flavored with fennel, anise and cinnamon, this traditional cakes in holidays and occasions but very tasty and can be prepared

Ingredients

  • 1 kg white flour
  • 1 cup room temperature plumper
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground milk
  • 6 tbsp til roasted
  • ½Cup pool Bean
  • 2 tbsp fine sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 tbsp fennel and crushed anise
  • 1 teaspoon Peking powder
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • ½Cup lukewarm water
  • 1 cup lukewarm water for kneading
  • To prepare the filling:
  • Date paste
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp fennel and anise
  • 3 tbsp plumper

Method of preparation

  1. Put in a bowl both flour, sesame, fennel, anise, salt, sugar, milkshake and puddle and mix together .
  2. Put in a saucepan both fat and oil and put on fire until hot .
  3. Put the fat and oil on top of the dry ingredients and stir the ingredients until well mixed and the dough begins to form and then add the baking powder .

  6. Grind the dates until it becomes like a paste, put on it fat, fennel, anise, cinnamon and mix the ingredients well .
  7. We form thin fingers of dates, put them in a piece of dough, roll on them the dough and form from them bracelets in the same way until the amount ends .
  8. Put the cake tray in the oven at 200 degrees with the grill turned on from above and leave it about 15-20 minutes depending on the type of oven until golden and serve.
