Ingredients

  • 5 boiled potatoes
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • A cup of parsley
  • ½Cup chopped green onions
  • ½Cup finely chopped pickle
  • ½Teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½Teaspoon celery powder
  • A tablespoon of mustard
  • Ground black pepper
  • ½Cup mayonnaise

Method of preparation

  1. In a large bowl put the marinade and bring to a boil over the fire. Add the potatoes and cook until soft but firm, about 15 minutes, then drain, chill, peel and cut.
  2. Put the eggs in pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, turn off the fire and leave in hot water for 12 minutes. Then cool, peel and chop.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the potatoes, eggs, parsley, onion, pickle, garlic powder, celery powder, mustard, pepper and mayonnaise. Mix them all and put in the refrigerator until they cool .
  4. Serve with your favorite vegetables such as tomatoes and cucumbers .
