How to make a salad of green apples and walnuts

Green apple and walnut salad, this wonderful salad combines Apple and its delicious juiciness with caramel walnuts and other simple ingredients that make a healthy and tasty salad at the same time .

Ingredients

  • 4 apples
  • Bowl full of walnuts
  • 15-20 basil leaves
  • Lettuce
  • 4-5 cups sugar
  • Black pepper
  • Curry condiment
  • Vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • A little Rockford cheese for more flavors

Method of preparation

  1. Cut the apples into slices . We carry a frying pan on low heat, then add apples, 2 – 3 tbsp vinegar and 2 – 3 tbsp sugar . Stir and leave the apples in the pan until they absorb the flavor of vinegar and sugar, remove from heat and set aside until they cool .
  2. Put the sugar in the pan and stir until caramel then add the walnuts and set aside until cool . Add in a bowl 2 – 3 tbsp vinegar, chopped basil leaves with salt, black pepper and olive oil, stir until the ingredients are well combined . Then add ½ tablespoon of curry seasoning .
  3. Place the salad on top of the lettuce leaves, spread the caramel ground walnuts over the salad ingredients and add the cheese so the salad is ready to serve .
