How to make salad of lettuce and garlic

Salad of lettuce and garlic is a non-traditional salad, prepared after softening the lettuce leaves with boiling water to homogenize with the mixture of soy, garlic and olive oil, and you can serve along with various kofta and meat dishes .

Ingredients

  • 1 Head of small lettuce
  • 4 chopped garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½Teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Method of preparation

  1. Wash the lettuce thoroughly, separate the leaves from each other, put in a pot of boiling water until soft, then half the water and set the leaves aside
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a small frying pan, roast the garlic until golden, then turn off the fire on the garlic, add sugar and soy sauce
  3. Put the lettuce in a serving dish as a whole leaf or chopped with olive oil, pour the garlic mixture after it has cooled
