  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 clove chopped garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups pineapple cubes
  • ½Cup chopped coriander
  • ½Cup chopped red onion
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup red pepper cubes
  • 3 tbsp hot pepper (optional)

Method of preparation

  1. Combine in a suitable bowl pineapple, bell pepper and coriander, onion, garlic and lemon juice, stir well
  2. Transfer the ingredients to a serving dish, then pour the olive oil, and transfer to the refrigerator to cool and strengthen its flavor, and serve immediately with toast next to it
