  • 1 cup powdered sugar tea

  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • ½Cup roasted sesame

Method of preparation

  1. Put in a bowl both egg and white sugar and beat with an electric whisk until well combined .
  2. Add butter, oil, powdered sugar, yogurt, Peking powder and vanilla and rub the ingredients .
  3. Gradually add the flour and rub the ingredients well until we have a soft, non-stick dough.
  4. We make biscuit discs from the dough, immerse one end of it with molasses and then sesame and put it on butter paper in the oven tray so that the Sesame is up .
  5. We put the tray in the oven at 170 degrees for 25-30 minutes until the biscuit acquires a golden color .
  6. Remove from oven, let cool and then ready to serve .
