A delicious Shamian bean salad is a warm bean mixed with garlic, tomatoes and lemon, which is an indispensable dish in the morning table Shamian for breakfast, as some adopt it for diet, in addition to cumin that complements the delicious taste .

This bean dish is mainly prepared for breakfast, and also during the holy month of Ramadan .

Ingredients of Shamiya bean salad :

  • – 1 cup little bean love
  • – 1 cup chickpeas 
  • – 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • - Half a cup chopped parsley
  • – 3 garlic cloves mashed
  • – 1 green onion, chopped 
  • – 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • – Quarter teaspoon cumin
  • – Salt and pepper as needed 

Preparation steps

  1. Heat the beans in a microwave oven for 30 seconds no more.
  2. Dry and add chopped tomatoes, parsley, garlic and onions.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix all ingredients and serve with warm bread.
